Toad the Dog, book 2 of the Jack and Jill Chronicles series, tells the story of Jack and Jill’s frantic search for Jill’s missing dog Toad. They are so concerned for little Toad they seek the help of a another famous nursery rhyme character and make use of a certain famous beanstalk to help them in the search. Can they find Toad in time? Is he safe? Can they get the help they need?
